Rabbits are habitual creature, and as long as you understand their behaviour, you can easily train them. The active time for rabbits is during dawn and dusk. At other time of the day, they will be sleeping. That is why rabbits are good pets for working adults. They are also not noisy and this makes them excellent to be kept even in apartments.
Rabbits do not fall sick frequently and therefore require very few visits to the vet. As long as you know how to handle your pet rabbits properly, they do not get injured easily. Sometimes they may injure themselves and you should bring them to the vet. Provide your rabbit with plenty of exercise time. If you have children, then you should consider of getting a larger breed. This is so that the larger breed rabbit will not be so easily injured by the child. Children that are not taught on how to handle rabbit may injure the rabbit.
