Our Club welcomes new members and Shiba Fanciers. We are small but support each other in our endeavors to make the Club work and serve as a resource for the public as well as support of fellow Shiba owners. Our purpose is to protect the Shiba and to work together to highlight the breed and all of its attributes as well as downfalls in our education to the public and for our love of the breed.

We are a Social Club dedicated to the dog breed Shiba Inu. Our Club is active in the community providing education and exposure to this breed as well as supporting other dog related activities within the state. We also provide resources and information on Shibas needing to find new homes.

Here you will find information on all aspects of this marvellous little dog, whether you are just starting to research breeds, looking for a new friend, or are an already addicted fancier.

This is a small and friendly club that has two shows a year one being a championship show. They can provide you with a breeders register and they also run a rehoming service.

Formed in April of 1998. NSCA member club and an AKC specialty club. Sponsors events, supports rescue. Breeder listing. The SFNC has sponsored and participated in many different activities. This includes hosting the Annual Shiba Picnics, an educational booth at the Cupertino Cherry Blossom Festival for the last eight years, and have provided public education at the Cow Palace benched show for the last nine years.We also have our own rescue fund within the club, and support Shiba rescue here in Northern California. - Read more
