Dedicated to rescuing poodles throughout  Central Indiana, although we occasionally provide services to surrounding areas. Our mission is to rescue and re-home adoptable poodles that have fallen upon hard times. Most of these poodles ended up in our rescue because they were owner surrendered, located at a shelter, or found as a stray. We act as a resource for owners and potential poodle owners. We primarily serve Central Indiana.

We primarily serve the greater San Francisco Bay Area but we also serve Northern California and Southern Oregon.  We re-home all three varieties of poodles:  toy, miniature, and standard.  We respond to county shelters, humane societies, and individuals via this website and a phone hotline.  Our rescue and adoption efforts often require veterinary medical care, fostering, boarding, and training.

Poodles in Need Rescue almost always have poodles of various ages and sizes needing permanent homes (and occasionally other dogs by request). If you are considering giving a poodle a home PLEASE consider giving a home to one of the many beautiful rescue poodles as an alternative to buying a puppy. Most people do not realise just how many rescue poodles are out there, especially boys! They have so much love to give.

Small volunteer rescue organization.  We specialize in helping poodles of all sizes, Toy, Miniature and Standard Poodles.  When ever possible we also rescue labradoodles, goldendoodles, and small poodle mixes.

Carolina Poodle Rescue is a no-kill/limited entry private rescue group; we believe and support the No More Homeless Pets and spay/neuter initiatives.

Mid-Atlantic Poodle Rescue (MAPR) is a network of people from Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Maryland's Eastern Shore, Western Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia and West Virginia dedicated to finding loving homes for abandoned, unwanted or surrendered Poodles of all varieties and Poodle mixes.
