After many hours of studying, researching, discussing, and agonizing, the Mastiff Club of America membership voted that they would no longer conduct “hands on” Mastiff Rescue.  As a result a new corporation Rescue Foundation, Inc. (RFI), a 501c3 Not for Profit Charitable Corporation, was formed.  RFI’s sole function is to help support English Mastiff rescue efforts that were picked up by existing rescue groups as well as newly formed/forming rescue groups.  RFI will assist regional English Mastiff 501 c3 rescue groups by providing financial grants to eligible applicants.

We rescue and place Mastiffs (also known as English Mastiffs) throughout New Jersey and the neighboring areas of New York and Pennsylvania.

Mastiff Hope, formerly known as Midwest-South Mastiff Rescue, a rescue region for the Mastiff Club Of America, is a rescue organization serving the Midwestern United States - primarily the states of Kansas and Missouri, and more specifically, the Kansas City metropolitan area.  Mastiff Hope is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.  We exist to place stray or abandoned Mastiffs into adoptive homes that will provide a high level of care and where the dogs are loved and respected.

Rescue has been set up to help rehome or aid any mastiff in distress within the United Kingdom. The scheme is conducted on the firm rule that Mastiffs should not be purchased. Owners should contact the dogs breeder in the first instance, with a view to their taking responsibility for the dog's welfare.
