The Gordon Setter Club of Scotland was established with the purpose of bringing together those of us who love this incredible breed. Members and the committee are available to answer questions and give advice on the care and commitment required to live with Gordons.

The Brandywine Gordon Setter Club has been very active in the Mid-Atlantic Region. They draw their membership from eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware although they have members from Maryland, Virginia, Ohio & New York.

Our members are all wonderful people dedicated to promoting, sharing information, and most of all, loving and caring for the dogs that have brought us together. Centered in New England, including New York State, east of the Hudson River, our club offers field trials, hunting tests, specialties, supported entries and social events, including picnics and banquets, where we can enjoy each other’s company and take pleasure in our dogs.

We were originally formed in 1978 to promote the breed in Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. We provide a variety of educational and fun activities for the Gordon fancier through our affiliation with the Gordon Setter Club of America, Inc. (parent club) and surrounding regional clubs. Our club serves members in Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

This regional group of setter fanciers was officially established in November of 1994. Not an independent club, it is actually an area committee of the Gordon Setter Club of America, Inc. As such the MVGSC may hold AKC events after obtaining permission through GSCA. The region covered includes Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri and Kansas.

The club was formed in 1927 and is the oldest and largest of all the Gordon Setter Breed Clubs. Membership is open to all people worldwide who have an interest in Gordons and covers all aspects of ownership, including Shows, Working and Pets.

The Gordon Setter Club Of Victoria was formed in 1976 and was the first club dedicated to the breed in Australia. The Club conducts various events throughout the year including a Championship Show, an Open Show, a restricted to gundogs Obedience, Agility and Jumping Trial, two field training days and a fun day.

The Gordon Setter Club of NSW Inc. was formed in 1980 by a group of dedicated Gordon fanciers. The club runs two Championship shows each year, usually with overseas judges, produces a quarterly newsletter, holds an annual picnic day for Gordons and their families and helps to unite Gordon puppies and older dogs with their human.
