The German Shepherd Dog Club of Singapore (GSDC) was founded in 1982. We are members of the World Union of German Shepherd Dog Clubs (WUSV) and affiliated with the Singapore Kennel Club (SKC). We are the first and largest single breed dog club to be formed in Singapore.

We preserve the magnificent heritage of White German Shepherd and focus on the positive things we can do for our dogs and the promotion of the whites, although their colour does not conform to the modern day German Shepherd Dog breed standard.

The German Shepherd Dog Club of Tasmania was first formed in the early seventies. Its aim is to improve the breed standard in conformation and obedience and also to improve the public perception of this wonderful breed.

The aim of our club is to promote our wonderful breed and to offer a range of services to our members. The German Shepherd Dog Council of Australia (Inc) was founded on the 13th March 1960, and like a number of other single dog breed councils, is directly affiliated with the Australian National Kennel Council (ANKC). It comprises all of the German Shepherd Dog clubs and associations in the states and territories of Australia.

The GSDCSA is a single breed club which accepts only pedigreed German Shepherd dogs for membership.  The club caters for the obedience, agility and show fraternity and offers training to cover these sports.  When joining the club you will need to produce your current vaccination certificate and your dog’s Pedigree to enable you to become a member.

The Club promotes the ideas and aims of the GSDCA in response to the Dangerous Dog Act, whereby the German Shepherd breed is discriminated against purely on the basis of its name. The GSDCQ Inc. promotes ‘punish the deed, not the breed ‘in response to the Dangerous Dog Act. The Club was re-established after the war in 1957 by a group of enthusiasts who wished to promote the breeding, showing, trialling and ownership of the purebred registered German Shepherd dog.

The club encourages fellowship and strives to assist in the education of its members, and the public, to a better understanding of the breed, responsible breeding practices, and responsible dog ownership.
