The American Eskimo Dog Club of New England was founded in 1979 by a group of people interested in informing the public as to the special qualities of the American Eskimo. This club is a nonprofit organization, and is on file with the National American Eskimo Dog Association (NAEDA), as well as with the United Kennel Club (UKC), and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. NAEDA was formed to encourage and promote the breeding of superior purebred American Eskimos, as recognized by the registering body with which it is associated – the United Kennel Club, Inc. of Kalamazoo, MI. NAEDA encourages its members and breeders of American Eskimos around the world to accept the breed standard for the American Eskimo as established and maintained by the United Kennel Club, Inc. as the standard by which American Eskimos shall be bred and judged. - Read more

NAEDAC is the Canadian National Club recognized by the Canadian Kennel Club (CKC) and may further its affiliation with organizations devoted to the aims and objectives of the NAEDAC.
