The Club was founded in 1972 for Dachshund enthusiasts in the Principality of Wales. Members from all over the U.K. are welcome, as are overseas members and newcomers to the breed. We hold a Championship Show and also Open Shows in the Spring and Autumn.

The Cascade Dachshund Club is a performance club whose members participate in Agility, Conformation, Earthdog, Field Trials, Obedience, Rally and Tracking events.

The Dachshund Club of NSW Inc is one the largest and most successful Breed Clubs in Australia. The Club is dedicated to promoting THE DACHSHUND in various ways through responsible breeding and ownership. The Club conducts a Point Score Competition each year for members to compete for Dachshund of The Year. The Club hosts Puppy Picnics and Fun Days for pet owners to participate in. All dachshund owners are welcome.

The Dachshund Club of Victoria is the oldest Dachshund club in Australia having formally commenced in early 1948. The club has over 60 members from all over of Australia. The Club's mission statement is: The Dachshund Club of Victoria Inc. will strive to foster, promote and protect the interests of all six varieties of the dachshund in all forms of activity.

Our primary function as a club is to put on competitive events for AKC registered dachshunds.

Founded in 1932, it is today the only club affliated to the IKC solely devoted to Dachshunds. The Club runs a Group Championship Show every year, and also holds other events throughout the year, including Working Trials for Dachshunds.

The one and only Miniature Dachshund club in America devoted entirely to the improvement, advancement, and separation of Miniature Dachshunds from Standard Dachshunds.

The Dachshund Club was founded on 17th January 1881, making it the oldest breed club for Dachshunds in the world, and one of the first clubs for any breed. Original British breed standard drawn up, based on the German Standard, this was revised jointly with the Northern Dachshund Assn in 1907. Originally only catering for Smooths, the only variety known in Britain at the time, the other 5 recognised British varieties were taken under the Club’s wing as they came into the country.
