Irish Cavalier Rescue is a small rescue dedicated to helping Cavalier King Charles Spaniels in Ireland. I will advise and help anyone needing to rehome a cavalier, and rehome or help on average, around 50 cavaliers annually (and the occasional cavalier mix!). I will do my best to help any cavalier in an urgent situation (such as pound dogs, strays or cruelty cases). I can help breeders rehome ex-breeding dogs, regardless of whether they have been kennel dogs or indoor dogs.

The ACKCS Rescue Trust is a non-profit organization with 501(c)3 status. The Trust was organized to provide a cohesive nationwide network of rescue volunteers who love the Cavalier breed and are committed to its continued well-being.

Our mission is to rescue and protect the breed which we all so dearly love. Donations are always welcomed and will be used to purchase Cavaliers and provide health care. The dogs are given the proper veterinary care and are then placed in foster homes to assess their individual personalities.

The dogs who come to rescue are of all ages, from youngsters through seniors, with most being adults. While some Cavaliers needing homes have special needs or ongoing medical concerns, most are healthy and their medical needs are taken care of while in rescue.. Please volunteer to help with rescue if you can. Working together, we can help all Cavaliers find a way home.
