The Black Russian Terrier Club of America, Inc. (BRTCA), was founded in 1993 for the purpose of promoting the breed, and educating breeders, judges, and the public about this new and exciting breed. The BRTCA was recognized as the parent club of the breed by the American Kennel Club in 2006. The AKC recognizes us as the national organization solely sanctioned to be the caretaker of the Black Russian Terrier breed standard and rules for Black Russian Terrier events in the United States. - Read more
